Ms. Hoda's cheerful assistance made everything easy. Ms. Melek from reception helped with every question and sought our comfort. I appreciated the internet connection greatly. The free shuttle service to the city center proved very useful.
The hotel does not serve alcohol, so enjoying a glass of wine was not possible.. This absence affected the atmosphere in the lobby.

Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. housekeeping staff attended to every detail. We always had fresh towels and ample supplies. the shuttle service was convenient. It made exploring the city much easier. breakfast offered a wonderful view. I really enjoyed the variety of fresh options available.
i found it a bit difficult to locate nearby cafes. the absence of many walkable options was slightly inconvenient.

the check-in process was smooth. it was nice we could settle in quickly even though we arrived early.. the room had a fantastic view overlooking the water. it was especially pretty at sunset.
melika at reception was not friendly. i found her quite rude actually. i also had an issue with the deposit return.. they did not have enough euros. i received some of it back in coins.
